It’s a catch. We literally see this all the time in foul balls in MLB games.

I umpire Little League & High School, and I'm pretty sure MLB rules are the same - if a player makes a catch with 1 or both feet on, or above, the playing field (and maintains possession after touching the ground), it's a catch. To me, it looks like her feet were past the fence.

She did make a catch outside the field of play .. still good effort … but she was outside of play on first contact with ball

Isn’t the rule where some part of you has to be in the field of play? For example, Jeter’s feet were still hanging over the wall on his amazing catch. She was completely out of the field of play
