This change isn't written in patch note. We can't do D2,2,2 combo after UF4 near the wall.

It is written, players recover faster after getting knocked down to avoid getting hit by follow ups as an arial combo. I'm pretty sure this means Dragunov can't hit rage art after f3,1+2 either. It's a good fix regardless
