This clip is absolutely terrifying to me

None of those people will ever watch those videos and everyone on social media will skip their posts 😂

No one jumping around? Celebrating? Kissing? Hugging? High fiving strangers even? Nothing? 🤷🏼‍♂️

Looking at those old Dick Clark NYE specials when no one had smartphones. People were hugging, cheering, kissing ‘celebrating’. We’re just all robots now.

The phones are in charge They just use the humans as a means of transportation

They literally aren’t even moving. They are so worried about catching the moment on video they stopped having the actual moment.

If this isn’t Orwellian I don’t know what is

They all missed what they showed up to see.

The irony of this is that we all watch this clip with disdain… Thanks to the guy who videoed it with his phone so that we all could watch it on our phone and then comment about it on our phones, because we are all watching life through our phones.

The most terrifying thing to me is … ———///——— They’re all holding their phones in “vertical” rather than “landscape” mode. ———///——— Can’t anybody understand this basic rule of videography ??!!
