.Laura Shin revisits the rumor that Robinhood nearly built on Solana. "There were rumors that Robinhood Chain almost went with Solana and switched to Arbitrum at the last minute." Tarun Chitra: "Both the Arbitrum and Solana foundations were tweeting a lot. You could tell there was a kind of bake-off going on." Laura Shin: "I had A.J. on the show and asked how Arbitrum got this deal. He didn't confirm that Robinhood was about to go with Solana." "But he basically said that when you're your own L2, it flips the economics. You're not paying, you're making money." "That seems like a pretty obvious choice if they were considering starting on Solana." "It's so interesting that we're having this conversation, because what if things had actually gone the other way?" "Then Solana might be in a really good place. It's an interesting counterfactual to ponder."

I’ve reduced my #Bitcoin allocation to 10% as altcoin season approaches, while keeping Ethereum and Solana at 20% each. The ETH/BTC ratio is showing signs of reversal, similar to Q4 2020. #Solana has been the standout performer this cycle, so I’m betting on both $ETH and $SOL equally in Layer 1s.

🚨 WE FINALLY GOT THE FIRST MASSIVE ALTCOIN SEASON SIGNAL. In 2023, $SOL dropped below the initial low it created during the bear market. That marked the new bottom before a massive rally within altcoins as a whole. Now in 2026, Solana is repeating that exact same pattern. It has just swept the low and an expansion is next. This is what you've been waiting for.

GOOD FUCKING NIGHT! Last night, Guns N’ Roses played their final US show of 2026 in Atlanta. At the end, Axl Rose tossed his mic into the crowd for the first time in 4 years. This was a career-long tradition he dropped after someone got hit by it at a show. SO glad it’s back! 🎤

Alix Pasquet reveals that one of the best long-short managers alive flies coach despite being a multi-billionaire "There's a reason why Warren is very frugal." "A friend of mine, I was an analyst for probably the best long-short manager alive, but the long-short manager was very frugal to the point where he only travels everywhere on coach, doesn't have a private plane despite being a multi-billionaire, only flies coach." "There's a yearly conference in Idaho and he's often on the same plane that I'm on, and I'm shocked, because I'll be sitting in business class and this guy's sitting in the back." "The first time it happened, I'm like, there's no way he's going to be in coach. No, he was in coach with his wife, a multi-billionaire."

Worst financial day of my life. Just lost 1.1 million dollars in solana thanks to the manipulated market crash because of the latest tariff games. Thought 2025 would be the start of enjoying Trump 2.0, but still waiting for the pardon I was promised (no maga left behind) & now this financial destruction. I thought just a 5x leverage was safe, but not even a 2x would have saved me from these losses as this was an unprecedented crash. Here is a screen recording as I documented what I thought was just a crash to $210 for solana. Little did I know as i recorded, it would keep plummeting to $140. As it fell under $200 I put a stop loss in at $194, minutes before it crashed under my 185 liquidation price, saving the last 400k. Crazy that 2 days ago I was up 200k on this long, as solana was $235+ & today it crashed to $140, & I lost 1.1mil at the $194 stop loss. As the video shows, put the last 400k in ar 8x long, buying the dip. Donald J. Trump #crypto #bitcoin $btc $sol $eth #Altcoins

my favorite part about solana:9cRCn9rGT8V2imeM2BaKs13yhMEais3ruM3rPvTGpump ripping to $300M in one week is how well Ansem 🐂🀄️ played this strategy two cycles in a row 5 years ago we jumped on a call & he described missing Defi summer because he lost interest during the bear market so next time everyone was peak bearish in 2022, he was in $SOL trenches building position/conviction before anyone else saw the same trade and now running it back one bear mkt later making contrarian play when memecoins were on their deathbed you don't even have to be bullish on the coin but it's impossible to ignore how well it's been executed genuinely impressive 🐂🀄️

Why Solana? Yannik Schrade, CEO of Arcium: “It was the only logical choice for multiple reasons. The other builders in the ecosystem, this entire community around building products and applications and thinking about commercialization and how to go to market.” “It was a very conscious design decision to not build our own blockchain with Arcium, but instead build this encrypted supercomputer. Solana was already functioning as a connecting fabric for applications. Arcium’s job is to make that fabric stronger.” — Yannik Schrade Solana keeps attracting founders who build infrastructure. Superteam Germany is hosting them in Berlin, Solana Summit Germany, on June 13.
