I think I need to be able to look at my situation objectively in order to overcome it. So I actually try to accept it. When I'm stressed I listen to more calm and deep music. I don't think I'll get any brighter even if I try to force myself to listen to bright music. So, I accept the current situation and because the stress is caused by something not going my way I have to solve it for the stress to be relieved. 🐿️ out of 365 days, i don’t have abs for 5 days but those 5 days of the year shock me so much that i work out for 360 days 🐿️ since i always have them, seeing myself not having them making me think “oh my gosh, this won’t do” 🧸 with me, i want to work out my back, chest, shoulders and arms but i don’t feel the same about abs because it has no direct influence on my build 🐿️ that’s true 🐿️ you just need to do it when you think of it 🧸 i do think about it these days though 🐿️ you do? that you wish you had them? 🧸 no, that i feel like i need to have them

What would you say to someone who you know, there may be a fan who feels that way right now? 🐨: I got out of that crisis I had last year because of the all those environments I had. I got out of it like physically but mentally I just, I'm just admitting it that essential sorrow. I don't know what is what is called but it's always there in it, in some part of my heart. So I think I'm still in the middle of just netting who I am. I'm like maybe too sensitive than the others, maybe the average or I think too much. Sometimes I can't sleep. But do you want to die? No, I try to love the life, the skies, taking walks, good friends, drinks, music, interview. I'm still fighting the demons. And I think maybe it could be forever. And forever is too long, like I said. But I just want to say one thing like simply, in short: I think life is fun. It's not because I'm BTS or I'm a star in the spotlight, I think just life is fun and living is better.

“when you charles leclerc go to bed, what do you think of?” 🆑: what i love most doing is racing. but i raced since i'm three and a half years old and i spent many of my nights thinking about racing and racing only but i'm also very creative. i think one of the things with me is that i love being creative but at the same time, i get obsessed with things very quickly and with new passions. one week it will be padel and the other week will be music and piano. every week i find a new thing that i'm super curious about, that i want to learn of and that i keep thinking about. and so sometimes it can be not really related to racing and it can be any new passions like padel or music. and sometimes it's racing. it's not necessarily always the same thing. but when a thought is too strong for you to fall asleep, as i said, i value sleeping. and so i want sleeps and then so i found ways in order to try and switch off the brain as much as possible. 🎥: eight sleep

It's like going into a mode to recharge my social barriers. You might hear me say this often, but it's important because I meet so many different kinds of people. I'm not an extrovert, but I have to bring out some of my extroverted side to work, which sometimes I don't know if introverts would understand. Sometimes it's tiring. It's not that I don't want to talk to you or anything, but I need a little time to myself. As soon as I get in the car, I put on my headphones and ignore everything else. That's my way of healing myself. Or when I get home, I play with my dogs. I have two dogs, Bonbon and Boba, so I just hug them and it feels healing. 💬: how did you become mentally stronger? 🥟: i was really young when i debuted, i was still in high school. i think being able to think about the things that i couldn't back then is a big part of my growth. there are things that i can feel for myself, what i should take to heart and i lerned how to judge for myself. so i've started to feel less stressed about those things and feel better! 💬: everything made me stress when i was young but i remember someone told me "look at the big picture" because i was always focused on what was happening right in front of me. when people do work like yours, they often don't think about your mental health but actually it's really important so i'm very happy to hear you've become much stronger mentally 🥟: this is really true 🦊: that's such a good advice 🥟: even when drawing, you shouldn't do it this way. you have to step back a bit and look at the bigger picture!
