Yesterday's April Fools Video - Behind the Scenes This was so much fun making this video with calpinoper ✈️ Seattle-DC-Portland-SF Sep25/Oct10 where we swapped clothes in between takes in order to pull this one off. Here's a little snippet of what is what like filming this, and this only represents a taste of the 7 min video about to be released on both of our of's. In between takes when I was giving direction on the shoot, this sneaky fucker would sneak in some tickles while I was restrained and would turn into a full-blown tickle session. But before I jumped in the stocks to "become" MASTER MAX he was dressed as the legend and I would genuinely tickle Cal in order to get authentic reactions, and of course I would get carried away and it turned into a full on tickle torment for poor Cal. Look out for the full 7 min video which includes tickling scenes of both of us as well as the outtakes which made this a blast to make.

The original MF DOOM mask: Re-Ignition, an archival library of objects and gear. Re-Ignition will be available exclusively on the Living Proof Patreon, tomorrow. The original MF DOOM mask designed by graffiti writer KEO, was created at the outset of DOOM’s career as a masked figure. This early version of the mask was used in the rapper’s first three music videos, establishing the identity that would come to define MF DOOM’s mythology. Conceived as a literal and symbolic concealment, the mask allowed DOOM to separate the performer from the person, shifting focus entirely onto the music and persona. Though later iterations of the mask became more widely recognized, this original design represents the foundational moment of MF DOOM’s transformation into a faceless antihero and icon in hip-hop history. This early version of the mask was severely damaged during the "?" video shoot with Kurious Jorge. KEO attempted to repair it before finally deciding to shop for an actual metal version, which became known as the iconic "Gladiator" version that most DOOM fans know and love. This is a preview of my campaign’s new documentary Recovering America that premiered in Albuquerque last weekend. In the film I visit addiction recovery programs that are models of success nationwide and learn firsthand about the scope of our addiction crisis. As an addict who has been sober for 40 years, making Recovering America was a powerful experience for me. I believe the ideas in this film can lead millions of people not just toward sobriety, but toward meaningful relationships and productive careers, and the ways in which addiction can and are being solved could be replicated at a federal level, if I win this November. "Putin's squads" hint that Russians who use VPN will face consequences (in the video, they are killed.). Some context for this video: ◾️Internet shutdowns are becoming increasingly common in Russia: In June 2025, there were 655 Internet shutdowns; In July-August 2025, there were over 5,000 shutdowns. Whole Russian regions are left without Internet, including state, banking services, online payments, taxi orders, etc. etc. Sometimes, the reason given for the shutdown are drone attacks on Russia. ◾️This has already left to a huge outflow of money from the Russian banks - people don't have access to their own accounts during shutdowns, and they need cash to pay for goods and services when cashless payments are not available. Over the summer, Russians withdrew about 700 billion rubles from their banking accounts, further undermining the Russian banking system. ◾️However, Russian authorities promised that state-owned and/or controlled media, propaganda resources and Russian social media will be available during shutdowns. Unlike them, there have already been several shutdowns of YouTube in Russia, for example. ◾️In Russian Kamchatka, the whole region was left without Internet for 48 hours in September. The authorities said it was due to repair works and that critical services would work using satellite connection. ◾️Russian MPs have already made suggestions to make Internet shutdowns a regular occurrence. So far, this has not gone any further, but these ideas are floating around and can be turned into law at any point. ◾️Russia has also introduced its own messenger called MAX. It is developed by the state. Since September, it must be pre-installed on all mobile devices sold in Russia (and users report that it downloads itself on devices they already own, as well). Online state-provided services in Russia now work through confirmation codes via MAX alone. The messenger gathers not just basic personal information about each user but saves text input history even on unsent messages. The developers (aka the Russian state) have access to all chats and calls, and it can only work using a Russian or Belarusian phone number. ◾️Since an increasing number of foreign websites are now blocked in Russia (including Instagram and X, for example), VPNs are becoming more and more popular. A lot of media projects are selling their own VPNs now, promising full access to the Internet and easy use. Now, it seems, Russian authorities have noticed this trend and will take measures to control/block these services.

So yeah, this was the biggest project I have ever worked on and is by far my best work yet, not only the animation but also the lighting has improved SOOO much it's almost unbelievable haha. I am so proud of this work and I am so happy that I am able to share this with you all, this might not be free, but 1min and 30sec is quite a long thing especially because this is just a preview, usually people just post a screenshot or few sec of the video... 😅 I just posted 1min and 30sec of it haha, so yeah, this was such a cool request I made it a little bit longer, and to be fair, this person waited for this request for ages and I also had so much fun animating I had to make a gift.. so feel free to check this video out and the Ideas this person had! Just hours after General Kellogg and I left our hotel in Ukraine, Russian missiles rained down just outside, striking apartment buildings filled with civilians. Children were killed. Entire families shattered. This was not war. This was murder. We were just there. This could have been us. But instead, it was innocent people. Mothers. Fathers. Little ones.
