This works. Momentum roll then hand off. There’s other ways too, but this is solid. And believe it or not gals, when shit starts hitting the fan and you see a loved one on the ground, wounded, unconscious, you’ll be so high on adrenaline that often a times, your strength magnifies and you become more capable than you’d ever imagine or plan to be. I learned this in combat. I never knew how strong someone can becomes, mentally, sometimes physically, until they’re facing saving a life. Great share! ♠️🇺🇸🦅
