The rear wing flexes but it's not even that,the damn upper flap opens creating a sort of "little DRS" which is absolutely not legal

Do people really not understand that if you engineer an aerodynamic part without any sort of give, it’ll immediately shatter once it hits X amount of load….? To put it simply: wing no flex = shatter, wing flex = no shatter

Just to remind you that Lewis once gets disqualified for DRS gap too wide (0.2 mm)

No system can be rigid.

Thank you for stating the obvious. The tips on the leading edge of the main plane are rising, it is quite literally opening the DRS to some extent.
