Today I vibe coded an AR game entirely within my Meta Quest 3, using Gemini 3. The holodeck is real! Just go to in the Meta browser, toggle canvas, and ask (via voice) for a WebXR app. Getting scene geometry took a few tries, but it basically just works.

Train a TensorFlow object detection model – then deploy it on a robot 🤖 Iulia Feroli (Iulia Feroli) shows how to turn a notebook into a real-time object detection app. This tutorial works for any project – though we demonstrate the deployment on (and assisted by!) the #ReachyMini, an open-source robot from Pollen Robotics. Built with PyCharm + Claude Code. 👉 Watch it in action:

Meta Quest 3 is here! Built for mixed reality with high-res color passthrough, blazing fast new processor, big improvements to display & optics. Thinner and super comfortable. Starting at $499 this is the best value headset on the market for a long time to come.

Aya by Cohere For AI can now see! 👀 C4AI community has built Maya 8B, a new open-source multilingual VLM built on SigLIP and Aya 8B 🌱 works on 8 languages! 🗣️ The authors extend Llava dataset using Aya's translation capabilities with 558k examples! works very well ⬇️

RoadScan-AI-Automated-Pothole-Detection-Tracking RoadScan AI is a computer vision system built to automatically detect and track potholes in road footage — including dashcam, drone, and fixed-camera video. At its core, the system uses a YOLO11n model fine-tuned on a custom pothole dataset, paired with ByteTrack for multi-object tracking. This enables the system to maintain a consistent identity for each pothole across frames rather than treating every detection as a new, isolated event.

This is insane! 🤯 Just built a new skill in Claude Code using Opus 4.5. The skill uses Gemini 3 Pro (via API) for designing web pages. Look at what it generated from one simple prompt.

Starter Kit: Racing for Godot Engine is releasing next week! Open-source and great as a base for your racing game using my well-known sphere ball technique. It might be a little rough around the edges but I really want to finally release this ✨

So I just played Pokemon in REAL LIFE! This is one of the coolest things I've experienced in the headset using MR. And the fact it works this well still blows my mind. Huge thanks to DramaticShape for his work on this for Quest. Unbelievable job on this.

Cinematographer Roger Deakins had a camera platform with a soft buffer built on the railroad tracks so the train could run into it safely and push the camera down the track for this incredibly visceral shot. Movie Magic!

SUCCESS!! I managed to patch the boot image on my bootloader unlocked Quest 1 and got 90 Hz on the Quest 1, I am probably the first person outside of Oculus/Meta to have this. Surprisingly, it runs pretty good on games like Beat Saber, I just used a WebXR demo for the FPS.

This video is real and it is also not real. It is real because these snakes actually exist. It is not real because you won't find a snake like this in the wild. White ball pythons are bred through selective breeding for their unique color. The process involves breeding individuals that have lighter coloration, such as those with yellow or pale gray scales, and then selectively breeding their offspring with the lightest coloration. This breeding process continues over generations to produce ball pythons with a white color. You can see that the mother has more pattern on it than the daughter. The offspring of this daughter will most likely be white throughout. So, this is a designer snake....you won't find it naturally.
