For years, some American politicians, think tanks, and private healthcare advocates have promoted privatized healthcare models, and those ideas have increasingly influenced debates in Ontario and Alberta. Canada’s public healthcare system needs investment, more healthcare workers, and better access not a two-tier system where your income determines how quickly you receive care.
