@RiotPhreak Had to nerf Qiyana because oneshotting in CC is unhealthy for the game but Poppy can go 1 lethality item into fulltank and do the exact same thing but with even longer easier to land CC chain

poppy has really nasty ratios, she's so much better in soloq when she has a viable aggressive item 1

I'm super you mentioned this. I've been complaining about poppy for years now. She is super mobile, she deals hella damage (and is even allowed to pick assassin items) while still being tanky. She was my perma ban for a reason. Feels like ulted k'sante without the drawbacks.😂

It’s no secret that @riotgames has never had the slightest idea how to balance or make the game. Every season is more shit than the last. Game hasn’t been well made since they added smite imo.
