An Electrician,,, that rides a bicycle multiple miles to buy a pair of pre-owned work boots, new or not. Ehhhh, that doesn't make much sense. Being an Electrician, even as an Apprentice, pays pretty well. Plenty enough to buy a new pair of work boots.
