This doesn’t get spoken about enough…

He was right btw, you’d see a totally different Haaland in a more transitional side. He’s so efficient at City but you rarely see that devastating running power/carrying

His overall game has improved so much to the point where he doesn’t even need that, which is the scariest thing imo

lowkey him in that PSG transition attack he might get 60 goals a season min

His link up play now compared to when he first joined city as well, night and day

Haaland under Barcelona and flick would bag 70 goals a season

I acc think he’s right as well

He’s defo got a point, but the ‘he may have picked the wrong club’ bit always gets me😭

He’s bang on. Even the Haaland we see every season now hitting 25-35 goals is still a limited version of himself. It’s actually scary to think what he’d do if he space to run into every game.

Haaland under Flick might break Messi's record

Carragher is at his best when he he analytical like this. Unfortunately he couples it with trying to be a celebrity with his rants against players. He also tried to be controversial at times and comes across like a bully and an asshole.

Just imagine him under the legendary juegen klopp. Genually, convinved he would break messi 91 goal year calendar

He was way better at Dortmund tbh actually played football instead of standing and waiting

Jamie is not wrong at all. Erling is a 40 league goals a season striker and how City is playing is kinder limiting his full potential

He was absolutely right in what he said back then. There’s even a full length discussion on CBS where Henry talks about what Haaland needed to do at the time to make it work at City because he struggled in many games. Haaland adapted to City - that’s his greatness.

He’s correct but people stay blind to the bigger picture as they were still successful. Guy would hoop in any team if we are being honest

Haaland is a city fan… in a world where we want more passion and players not just playing for money and stats, he picked the perfect club

He was and still is right

Nothing but facts

💯

Haaland thrives on pace, power, runs in behind and elite finishing. Hold-up play isn’t his strength. He’d have been perfect for Ferguson’s United: fast, direct and devastating on the counter.

His not right but he has a point. I look at Haaland Dortmund highlights. The burst of pace and the raw aggressive lethal finishing. He was balling at Dortmund. At city he still has that power but he rarely stretches his legs and run behind his, mainly more involved in build up

It was a really good analysis but it was completely lost to the sound bite of “he may have actually picked the wrong club”

Naw he was actually right but Haaland is a freak and adjusted his game. Credit to erling but this clip is still hilarious in hindsight 😭

Ppl saying he is right, he literally plays the same way with Norway, he does his best work inside the box despite having blistering pace

I thought he was talking about Mudryk in that clip 😭

Considering the charges….hmmm

He needs to go to Barca as soon as possible

I agree with spitty here, he only went on to win a treble and break the prem goal scoring record that first season. Since then he won another league, fastest man to 100 prem goals, fastest to 60 CL goals. Shambolic from the big Norwegian.

It will be a nightmare if he plays with the current PSG team.

And jamie was right

He was talking about HAALAND in this clip??? Oh lord😭😭😭

Didn't go the way you hoped this... he's still right

Pedo thinks people choose clubs like that 😭.

no word of lie here

John Carew will do what Eling Halland did if he got a chance to play with M. City, Halland is not good as that, buy City is good as a team because they put it there with fraud money......

Norway is a counter attacking side, and when he plays he walks around all game and towards the end he’s knackered and barely chases anything.

Right on the money!
