Can we then please also stop acting like wide open free agency year after year with zero regulation is good for the sport? Something has got to give here…

Only Intercollegiate showcases every coach & admin personnel movement in college athletics 📈🗞️

Yo Jay. How about it all stops in general? Take off the Duke hat and take view of the ncaa basketball landscape which is a disaster. Just put a 2 year minimum stay for any player transfer. That would fix a lot of this

This is 100% true. And, actually, coaches should be criticized more as a lot of times they still have years on their deal before leaving. Players don’t.

Do coaches leave jobs every year to go to a different school then another school the next year and another school the following year? 3-4 different schools in 3-4 years? Haven’t seen it very often. Surely not like players going to 4 schools in 4 years 3 schools in 3 years.

One has a buyout(consequence) the other doesn’t. I agree, they need to do the contract deal and collective bargaining with the players.

Last time I checked one was a job. One is an opportunity to for kids to get a higher education. I agree with NIL but the Wild West is not fun. Kids want to get paid and that’s understandable. There needs to be regulations.

Jay you should come on an episode of #SearchSZN and discuss this further

You aren’t the thought leader you think you are.

Jay is right about the hypocrisy. He’s just flat wrong about the solution.

YES! Players should have buy outs and other penalties, same as coaches!
