If we cut off all assistance and forced them into getting jobs and providing for themselves they would change. My family also owned a trailer park. Houses worth 5-10k with brand new Cadillacs outside no job rent paid for by the government driving brand new cars with wheels that cost more then the house they stay in popping out kids by multiple different people. The stories I could tell you from owning and running that trailer park would blow your mind. My grandfather in the 80s took a chainsaw to a mud sharks car and said there would be no interracial relationships at his park lmao How times have changed

The fact is that a system that was founded on the rights of Englishmen does not work very well to constrain the behavior of non-Englishmen, especially now, after all the corruption of the justice system. This is why it usually takes a dictator or warlord to keep certain ethnicities in order, and absent a firm hand, it will be perceived as weakness and an invitation for abuse. Known this since the early 80's when I got my first bike stolen. My parents moved us to a White area way on the other side of the city. Unfortunately, there were neighborhoods a couple miles away that had blacks sprinkled in. One "teen" broke into our house twice and got caught.
