I think that might be an osprey-- eagles cannot submerge their wings in the water and still fly

This eagle had everyone on the boat convinced it was injured and drowning. It was thrashing, barely moving, wings flapping weakly as it drifted toward the rocks. You could hear the concern in their voices, “Oh no… he’s gone.” Then the camera catches the fish tail. That “struggling” eagle was actually swimming a monster of a fish to shore because it was too heavy to lift. Wings working like oars, determined as hell, it finally hauled that catch up onto the rocks. Nature doesn’t do half measures. Incredible.
