🐺 “it wasn’t really that easy, to be honest. we came out with our own sound, and in the beginning “it’s too noisy”, “it sounds horrible”, “we can’t listen to it”, there were a lot of remarks towards what we intended to make. but we stuck to what we wanted to do. music has no answers, so we thought, let’s just keep doing what we enjoy and let’s keep making music to give strength to people everywhere, all around the world. and that is all of you guys. thank you so much once again.” 😭😭😭

We’re trying to give ourselves a swing at the plate every year. We did that last year. The point of where we are with the age of our best players is we can still be good but we’re obviously not in the same class as we were 5-6 years ago. We’re not in the same class as the team we played tonight and several other teams in the league. There’s no point in denying that. We have to embrace it, be realistic, and give ourselves a shot. We can give ourselves a shot like we did a year ago by connecting and staying healthy and getting on a run. We’re still good enough to do that. If you do that and you have a shot, you get to the playoffs, you never know what’s going to happen. I think that’s where we are right now so we’ve got to keep fighting.”
