The bleach & flower food will not help at all. It will speed the flowers demise. The roses are cut too short for such a large vase. That vase needs something very tall like gladiolus. Or birds of paradise. Or blooming branches. Or very large palm leaves. Or… use smaller flowers that stay low inside the vase like a display box. Tulips or peonies or dahlias.
