🐹This was the song I originally had in mind as the title track tbh. It's great for performance and also a style that I like, so I was trying to push the song as the title track, but sadly DSYLM beated it out. But still this song will be so fun to sing at concerts. So I put this song as the 2nd track, hoping to express my love to this song. This song was actually the last one to be completed in this album's work. I think recording for the album concluded around early Feb, but even until the near end of recording the song before this one, I just couldn’t decide on the theme and kept on procrastinatingon this one. I wanted to write the lyrics and work on the theme myself too But on the last day of recording, I thought 'What thinking about performing it on stage'. So I wrote this while thinking about stage performances. When I sing, and the fans sing along with me, commonly called as a group chant/sing. I tried to capture that overwhelming, emotional feeling I get during those group singing moments. Our fans, Army, might relate to it, too but in truth, it’s a song that resonates most deeply with me. I’ve never actually had the chance to see Army from the stage. So I may not really know exactly how you'd fee, but maybe, our members or anyone who performs on stage may be able to feel related to what this song is about. AFP’s Danny Kemp: “Mr. Vice President, you presumably watched the video yourself. There’s not the slightest doubt in your mind, having viewed it, that this the victim — you still believe that she deliberately tried to ram him despite despite seeing this video?” Vice President JD Vance JD Vance: “Look, I don’t know what it’s in a person’s heart or in a person’s head. And obviously, we’re not going to get the chance to ask this woman what was going on. What I am certain of is that she violated the law. What I am certain of is that that officer had every reason to think that he was under very serious threat for injury, or in fact, his life. What is I’m certain of that she accelerated in a way where she ran into the guy. I don’t know what was in her heart and what was in her head, but I know that she violated the law, and I know that officer was acting in self-defense. That’s raises an interesting point, though. Look, if people want to say that we should have a legitimate debate about, you know, what was she really doing, right? Was she panicking when she drove into this officer, or was she actually trying to ram him? That’s a — that’s a reasonable conversation. What’s not reasonable is for so many of you to plaster all over the media that this was an innocent woman and that the ICE agent committed murder, which is what many of you have said explicitly, and some of you have said implicitly. That’s what I have an objection to. The idea that this was not justified is absurd and I think everybody knows it in their heart.”

A mental model everyone should know: The Regret Minimization Framework. This is how Jeff Bezos used this model to decide to start Amazon: I went to my boss and told him, "I'm going to go do this crazy thing — I'm going to start this company selling books online." This is something I had already been talking to him about in a more general context, and he said, "Let's go on a walk." So we went on a 2-hour walk in Central Park in New York City. The conclusion of that was, he said, "This actually sounds like a really good idea to me, but it sounds like it would be a better idea for somebody who didn't already have a good job!" He convinced me to think about it for 48 hours before making a final decision. So I went away and was trying to find the right framework to make that kind of big decision. I had already talked to my wife about this, and she was 100 percent supportive, saying, "You can count me in – whatever you want to do." It's true, she had married this guy with a stable career and path, but she was 100 percent supportive. So it was really a decision I had to make for myself. The framework I found, which made the decision incredibly easy, was what I called — only a nerd would call — a regret minimization framework. I wanted to project myself forward to age 80 and say, "I'm looking back on my life, I want to have minimized the number of regrets I have." I knew that when I was 80, I was not going to regret having tried this. I was not going to regret participating in this thing called the Internet that I thought was going to be a really big deal. I knew that if I failed, I wouldn't regret that. But I knew the one thing I might regret is not having ever tried. And I knew that would haunt me every day. When I thought about it that way, it was an incredibly easy decision. If you can project yourself to age 80 and think, "What will I think at that time?" it gets you away from some of the daily pieces of confusion. I left this Wall Street firm in the middle of the year, and when you do that, you walk away from your annual bonus. That's the kind of thing that in the short-term can confuse you, but when you think about the long-term, you can really make good life decisions that you won't regret later. *** Summary Ask yourself: in X years, will I regret not doing this? • If Yes → DO IT! • If No → Don't bother. This can apply to any decision: • Should I switch jobs? • Should I start my dream business? • And more... *** Takeaway: Optimize for Asymmetric Upside • Record content (podcast, video) • Write content (book, blog) • Go to a cocktail party • Move to a big city • Invest in startups • Go on first dates • Build in public • Start a biz • Tweet Shoot. Your. Shot. Life is too short not to do so. *** That's a wrap and I hope you found this helpful. If you found value in this post: 1. Follow me Arjun Mahadevan (Mr. LLC 🇺🇸) for more. 2. Re-post this, if you can, to share this mental model with a friend and to remind them to: Shoot. Your. Shot. Life is too short not to do so.

Kristen Stewart says she fell in love with Robert Pattinson while filming Twilight Howard Stern : “Was it so much fun in the camaraderie? I mean, not only were you falling in love with Rob on the set which, by the way, I think is the biggest mistake an actor can make.” Kristen Stewart : “There was nothing I could do.” Howard Stern : “The director was even nervous because when they put you together to see the chemistry, there was immediate chemistry between the two of you.” Kristen Stewart : “Yeah. Actually being honest about this is so weird. It’s been so heavily consumed, and I have this fear that people would assume I’m trying to be attention-seeking or pushing a narrative.” “I’ve actually never been allowed to just say what happened because I was so self-conscious about it. But we were together for years. That was like my first love.” Howard Stern : “He’s a charming guy.” Kristen Stewart : “Yeah, he’s the best. But with us, it was just like, bam.” Howard Stern : “And that movie especially the first one, the way you played it was just perfect.” Kristen Stewart : “I was super aware that we were doing a teen movie. I’d done very over-serious dramas pretty much my whole life, so with this, I wanted to do something culty, weird, and indulgent.” “It’s weird to use the word ‘girly’ now, because I don’t even know what that means anymore.” Howard Stern : “No, it is a girly role. It’s the traditional Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman or Lois Lane seeing Superman.” Kristen Stewart : “And it felt amazing.”

The father got kicked out by police after he got too emotional…. According to the father andrewcoxsr on IG I debated posting Part 2 because it doesn't paint me in the best light. I'm frustrated. I'm emotional. That's real. I'm not posting this for sympathy, and I'm not asking anyone to pick sides. I'm posting because I've seen so many comments saying, "The police were called... he must've been belligerent." Here's what actually happened. We went to crunch east brunswick My son didn't have ID. I offered his Genesis student profile to verify who he was. They insisted on a physical ID. I asked to speak with a manager and was told he was with another customer. So I said, "No problem. If it's that important, have him come see me when he's done," and my son and I went to work out. The next time I saw the manager... he arrived with police. What bothered me wasn't the policy. It was that my request for a conversation with a manager was never honored before things were escalated. By the time I'm walking towards that front desk I'm frustrated because I still hadn't spoken to the manager I'd requested. In the clip, he says I was asked to leave. I immediately asked the employee who checked me in if he had actually asked me to leave. His answer wasn't "yes." That's why I kept asking. Was I frustrated? Absolutely. Could I have handled parts of it better? Probably. But I wasn't threatening anyone. I wasn't looking for a confrontation. I was trying to have the conversation I'd asked for from the beginning. I'm also not responsible for assumptions people make because I'm a 6'0" man with a larger build. Existing while physically imposing isn't the same as being aggressive. Watch it. Agree or disagree. That's your choice. I just ask that you judge what you actually see-not what you assume happened before the camera started.

Hello everyone, its Mohamad Fakih. Since Tuesday, a great deal has been said about Paramount Fine Foods. Unfortunately, much of the public narrative being presented by the Mayor does not reflect the actual facts. Let me be absolutely clear. This is not a case of Paramount refusing to pay. To demonstrate my commitment to paying the amount, Paramount delivered cheques to the City for the full amount based on the agreed payment terms. I have been actively trying to resolve this matter since December. Since then, the City continued introducing additional conditions and unreasonable demands that made it impossible to reach a final resolution. I have text messages with Mayor Carolyn Parrish that tell a very different story than the one she claims in her statement. Quite honestly, I’m astounded by Mayor Parrish’s handling of this entire situation and the false statements that have been made. Her suggestion that this was some kind of unilateral termination by the City is completely false and we have proof to support this. When I reassumed control of Paramount Fine Foods in 2025, I no longer believed the sponsorship arrangement was viable. Following discussions I personally had with the Mayor, we mutually agreed to end the sponsorship. So that everyone is clear, the outstanding amount connected to this sponsorship was NOT something I personally created or was responsible for. It was an obligation that existed before I returned to lead the company. But because I love this city and respect the taxpayers of Mississauga, I will always be committed to paying the agreed owing amount. I have never waivered. I am not in the business of disclosing confidential communication on social media. But If I need to, I will release these messages because I will not allow a misleading narrative to stand unchallenged. What is deeply disappointing is watching our Mayor publicly target a Mississauga business that has invested millions into this city, created jobs, supported charities, and was honoured with a Key to the City… while threatening to spend significant taxpayer dollars on legal action and prolonging a public dispute unnecessarily, despite our willingness to pay for months. This was a solvable matter. Instead, it was turned into a public spectacle. Mississauga residents deserve honesty and leadership focused on solving problems, not creating public fights. Thank you. #canada #mississauga

Before talking abt everyone, pls allow me to talk abt Bonnie. 🐰: She's starting it now. 🦊: Thank you so much for being you. It's the same for me. Without Bonnie, there wouldn't be me either. Everything that's happened since we met has been so easy bc it was you. Everything. Everything was so much easier bc it was you. Thank you for coming to fill in the things I've never had. Truly, thank you so much for being Bonnie. 🐰: 🥺 🦊: (wiping Bonnie's tears) 🦊: I'm so happy that we had the Emi Bonnie Love Session over these past two days. Honestly, I never imagined that this would happen so soon, at this moment. Really, thank you so much. Actually, if it wasn't Bonnie, it wouldn't be Emi Bonnie Love Session either, and if it wasn't for the management giving us an opportunity, if it wasn't for GMMTV giving us both this opportunity, there wouldn't be EmiBonnie today either. 🦊: Truly, thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to do things that we've never done before, things that we want to do, without ever limiting what we can do. They've always supported us. Whatever we want to do, they tell us to go ahead. Thank you for giving us both this opportunity. Thank you for supporting us and bringing us to this moment. From now on, I want to keep doing even better. I promise that I'll keep on improving and give it my all in my work, so you can keep seeing me. 🦊: Honestly, I felt very pressured for this concert. It's the first time and there were things that I wanted to try doing, and I was very afraid abt whether or not I'd be able to do them. But, even though I feel like I still didn't do that well, when I look back at my clips from when I was trying to dance the first time– 🐰: So beautiful. 🦊: When I look back at my clips from when I first started dance practice, my face was like, I don't want to do this anymore, can I change it? But, looking back at them, hey, I improved, didn't I? 🐰: You did so well. 🦊: I saw that I improved too, so I'm really glad that I had this stage to prove to myself that I can do it too. 🦊: If there were any mistakes today, I apologise, pls forgive me. I hope there'll be more chances for me to redeem myself. I hope you'll come see us, stay with us, and continue to see our improvement. Thank you so much, everyone.
