Fed Ex delivers the packages and then a few moments later, a guy wearing an Amazon vest delivers a package, looks around behind him, and then takes the Fed Ex packages, even though an electronic voice tells him he is being recorded. 😳 Notice he backs up too as he leaves as to not have his license plate recorded.
