This woman has a private swimming pool in her own backyard. During the day, sometimes her kids friends or her own friends come over to enjoy her swimming pool. However her HOA sent her cease and desist letters, claiming that she isn’t allowed to have pool parties without their approval, if you were her would you agree to those terms? Why even have a pool if you had to ask someone else to use it?

Story time I will deactivate your privacy invader if you come over my pool again! This was at a distance I didn’t have my phone when it was directly over my pool and super low! I must add, the drone lowered down below the roof line of my home and hovered over the pool. That is in my personal space. It was so low, I was sitting under an umbrella in my pool and my vision was blocked off by the umbrella. My personal fenced area was invaded! I have reached out to my State Senator for assistance. We need better laws to protect private citizens!

Prices in America are out of control “Why in the world are in-ground pools so expensive?” This is a real quote for a small 4.5 feet deep backyard pool. It has no deck, it comes up to the grass and nothing special. The quote was $162,382.56 “What am I missing? When did this happen?” I looked it up and prices like this, even for a small pool, are now common. Which is INSANE I also looked up historical pricing and found in 2016 a pool like this would have cost 25,000–$45,000 on average nationally

When this couple rented a hotel room they were told how many people could stay in the room, it was 4. They were also told that only paid guests could enjoy the amenities like the indoor pool. They ending up throwing a pool party for their daughter at the hotel pool. Management caught wind of what happened and asked them to leave the hotel, they were put on the do not rent list for this behavior. The man says that since there is no sign at the pool that doesn’t permit it, then it’s allowed and he’s refusing to leave the hotel, he even calls it a dump but got mad when they banned them. I’ve heard of people doing this before and having no problems, I wonder what inappropriate behaviors they were doing to get kicked out, was the man right though about the hotel not having a sign at the pool, that he should have been allowed to give his friends access to the pool even though they weren’t paying guests?

A public pool closed one end of the facility for scheduled maintenance. This scholars refused to listen. Rules don’t apply to them. Shit like this is why places start requiring an adult to be with every minor. Long gone are the days of getting dropped off at the skating rink or public pool for a day of fun. You can have a high trust society, or you can have these mfers. But you can’t have both.
