Depends on what it looks like further on, concept wise, yes. Hard to tell since it is seemingly so early.

If it has a steam workshop where you can create maps & put your own models in there I'd buy it

the character movement animations reminds me a lot of Jet Set Radio's, which is a plus on my book!

Very cool, I like the traversal and movement tech you could do, but the dude here turns as stiff as a board. Maybe give him a bit more range when turning or cornering?
