To me, that looks like something very typical of Asperger's. I even suspect he might be on the spectrum, for different reasons. I'm Asperger myself, and I can recognize those behaviors. The thing is, neurotypical people often misread the body language of autistic people. It can look like guilt or dishonesty when in fact it's just a different way of moving and expressing. As a kid, I was almost always thought guilty of anything just because of the way I came across physically.
