Just one problem. Take a good look at F-Elons SpaceX rocket. Now explain how the fuck is he gonna get to Mars when he cannot leave the Firmament above? Solar is never going to work for Mars or the Moon. The dust on both is just going to require far too much maintenance of the arrays to ever make them viable. Smaller size solar arrays can be additive but they can never meet the needs of a growing industrialized and technological off planet colony. Small, modular nuclear reactors will power the future both here and off planet.
