These two talking down about people being plus sized is just too rich for me. If I, at 46-47 years old, can lose more than 70 lbs, anyone can do it. These two should show the way.

And can we stop assuming that just because some one is not fat that they eat just a little amount? In one sitting I eat double what people my size eat. Heavy on the protein. I don't work out, I just do house chores, like washing clothes, manually. That is my work out.
