This GOFO delivery driver delivered a package a few weeks ago to this lady’s house. She threw the package marked fragile up on the porch. The woman who ordered it reported the driver and had to have a replacement sent. Well, the replacement arrived. And, you guessed it, delivered by the same woman and thrown the same way up on the porch. This delivery was handled like the first one and now she is waiting for the replacement to the replacement for the original package. 🤯 I had never heard of GOFO before. They are a smaller, growing delivery company that handles deliveries sometimes for Temu and other sites. You deliver once like this, maybe it’s an accident or oversight? You do it twice and it’s not an accident. 💯 How do these delivery drivers get hired? Is there that big of a shortage that they just hire anyone? What happened to hiring people with experience or training them correctly? Isn’t life getting exhausting?

This guy hunted down the Amazon delivery worker in hopes that he can get his package early, problem for him is that the worker is parked and is taking a break. He then berates the worker for having to take breaks and repeatedly taunts and asks for his package now. What if the man had an expensive delivery and he had somewhere to go and that’s why when he saw the driver he wanted to get it early, should the delivery driver have just given it to him?

A customer orders food, pays for the meal, and delivery fee. The app updates to “Delivered.” Delivery driver returns, grabs the food, and starts walking away. The customer opens the door and asks, “Was that my order?” The driver responds, “Yes, but you didn’t tip. If you want your food, go back in the app and modify the tip.” That’s completely out of line. Once the order is paid and marked delivered, it belongs to the customer; no conditions attached. Tips are meant to be voluntary, not something forced after the fact. Behavior like this doesn’t just hurt one customer, it damages trust in the entire delivery system and makes things harder for drivers who actually provide honest service.
