To this day, this is the CREEPIEST, most unsettling horror personally. The visual sent chills up my spin. Nothing has scared me more than those two from Lovecraft Country.

they added some excellent new elements like this into the series, they also horned it up because the original book read like a 1920's era lovecraft book w/o sex ... second book was a bit boring because all the characters were essentially impenetrable
