This first training session under Howe will stick long in the memory of most #NUFC fans. That might sound laughable to those outside the Club but to go from what training was under Steve Bruce (non-existent) to this, was mind-blowing. The players couldn't talk/walk after.

See for that time for those players, he was a proper manager. Unfortunately the clubs ambitions and expectations outgrew him. He couldn’t adapt, he didn’t have a plan b and we wasn’t capable of taking us further.

The Minneapolis police chief testified under oath that officers were not trained to restrain suspects by placing a knee on their neck. But pages from Derek Chauvin’s training manual—later displayed by his mother—show that officers were in fact taught this technique. Those pages were removed from the online manual after George Floyd’s death, so the public, and more importantly the jury, never saw them. Another training slide shows the same knee placement and instructs officers to call an ambulance. What most people don’t know is that officers requested one approximately 30 seconds after Floyd was placed on the ground. If Chauvin was trained to use this restraint, why wasn’t the jury shown those pages of his training manual?

When we were good under Howe, we were REALLY good. This was in 2023. By 2025, this exciting/attacking style of play had pretty much disintegrated. This is why fans got so frustrated towards the end of his reign. Sad the way it ended but as Eddie said, "what a ride!". #NUFC
