Today Labor and the Greens voted against holding a Royal Commission into the government handling of Covid-19. This is despite Albanese saying he would hold a Royal Commission and Senator Gallagher saying an inquiry should be held. When the Coalition was in power there was an ongoing Senate inquiry into Covid that Labor pushed for, yet now they are in power they don’t want to analyse the government overreach. This just proves that Labor were more than happy to weaponise Covid to gain power and didn’t actually care about the people. #auspol

Whatever happens should be in the best interest of both the students and the government, and a consensus should be reached. Blast from the past. Listen as Sky News Journalist gives me a lecture on how effective the jabs and mandates are back in November 2021. I was in two weeks quarantine at the time but was being inundated by people with vaccine injuries. And then listen to him in 2024 saying the mandates were a waste of time. Needless to say Sky no longer invite me on the station, lest I call them out for lies. Newscorp and the rest of the media have a lot to answer for. If the Misinformation and Disinformation laws should have applied to anyone it should have been the media and the government. #auspol

It has been more than 12 hours, till now neither any minister of Delhi government has come, nor the mayor of MCD, nor any officer. I believe that these deaths are not a disaster, this is a murder, an FIR should be registered against all these big government officials. It is not yet known whether 3 have died or more have died. Compensation of Rs 1 crore should be given to all the students who have died...The minister, Mayor should come here immediately and apologize to them. Delhi will not run like this. I will raise this issue in Parliament. I will keep all the demands of students in Parliament... We have been informed that a much larger crowd is expected tomorrow and Sunday. That is why the government is trying to detain or arrest us tonight. If that happens, it will be another major mistake. When they took Sonam Sir away, the movement only grew stronger. When students were lathi-charged and injured, the protests intensified further. If we are also detained, the movement will spread even more across the country. If the government truly wants to resolve this, the only solution is Dharmendra Pradhan’s resignation.
