What would you do if your HOA tells you, you can’t fly your American flag because it triggers some residents.? Yet, other country flags are allowed with HOA approval. Would you move or sue your HOA? everyone asks how I have so much energy all the time.. and the answer is I don’t . it sucks & that first mile of every run questions your entire being . why are u doing this? but life is not easy and a little tough work feels good. The answer isn’t running it’s just looking past the hard part and seeing a goal. the work sucks but the reward is what we are looking for. when I started the run club events, I never thought I would bring together so many people for 9 am parties.. trust me we are inherently night people. we have everybody from 7 yr old kids to groups of moms running 6 minute miles .. I love that anyone can do this and come rage with me with at a balanced lock in vs crash out morning. San Francisco - October 11 Los Angeles - October 12 New York - October 25
