MAN ARRESTED AT LEISURE CENTRE A man in his 20s has been arrested at Blackburn Sports and Leisure Centre on suspicion of taking indecent images of children. Police were called just after midday on Sunday to reports of suspicious behaviour at the centre on Fielden Street. He was reported to be taking pictures under cubicles with his phone. Make sure his face is seen everywhere!

Camp Mystic is located in Kerr County near the Guadalupe River, which rose 26 feet in just 45 minutes. Some accounts indicate water levels increased at a rate of 1 foot every 5 mins during the peak of the storm. The National Weather Service issued a slew of warnings on Friday about flood danger ahead of the storm on Friday, but questions remain about how many people they actually reached.
