This game deserves far more recognition

One of the most inventive games on the system, and certainly among the best-looking. Its only failing is that it's a bit too short. But good god, I love this game.

Ranger X!! What a throwback man

The graphics and colors for genesis were crazy.

It's the only Genesis game I go back to. I know I know, sonic this and that, no. This is the game. That soundtrack is hands down the best Genesis soundtrack.

I love this game! The gameplay is fun and unique.

I ‘inherited’ this from my teenage cousin who was ‘growing out’ of video games. Unbelievably epic. Had never heard of it before and barely since.

If it wasn't for the ad on the back of the Shinobi III manual, I probably would never heard of it so soon. The 6-button is a must have for this game.

This title was advertised as achieving twice the usual number of simultaneous colors on the Mega Drive. The underlying principle involved clever tiling techniques to create the illusion of an expanded color palette, thereby rendering the graphics with exceptional beauty.

I remember buying it on launch. Had to drive 135 miles for a shop that had a copy for me. No regrets.

In PSO2 (when the game was actually fun) I tried to make a Cast character to look like him and named him EX Ranza.

Loved playing it back then, it managed to get so much out of the Genesis' hardware.

Loved it as a kid.

Played this on an emulator decades after release and was blown away by how good it looked. Also the partner bike thing changes how you approach many encounters. Only issue I has, was it was kinda short.
