This game is from 2015 and it still looks amazing

The fact that crappy hero shooters get $ 400 million budgets to die in a month & this never got a sequel, is proof we live in the darkest timeline.

It was an underrated gem 💎 Got a platinum in it and loved every minute.

Another 2015 visual masterpiece

The open world is empty as hell

I took these with photo mode on PS4. What a wild ride.

Surprisingly, the car combat was the best part of Mad Max. The melee was good, as well. 🫡

Still playing this underrated gem.

I was pretty floored by the physics and action in MotorStorm (2006).

games in 2015: - fantastic graphics - GTX 980 4GB runs everything, 8GB was a monster - nice gameplay - constant rock-solid 60fps games in 2026: - same graphics of 10 years ago (but now with ray tracing!) - needs RTX 5090 16GB to load most games - gameplay, what's that? - fps from 25 to 40

In general games have not made any real advances since 2015.

Mad Max, like Sleeping Dogs is a game that everyone should play.

Mad Max was so good but such a missed opportunity to make it so much better. Overall though totally worth a play through.

One of the best! It needs a current gen port with either the servers on or the 3 or so achievements tied to it reworked for offline play. @wbgames

My favorite screenshot from when I played years ago!

Yes, done by Avalanche Studios.

Just got this for 5 bucks on Steam and am enjoying the hell out of it

I feel nowadays so many dev´s want to create super-extraordinary, unique environments that are totally weird and nobody can relate to. Chromish-metal in a reddish desert is nothing new in the world but it simply looks great and everyone likes it.

This game was amazing, as was Days Gone! So sad that they didn't get the love they needed at release :( Mad Max was like a mix of Burnout, Twisted Metal & Just Cause. I loved building up my car. :)

Peak years for modern video games- right before they became shameless cash-cows.

Of the few games I play, this is still one of them. Taking out bad guys in a road war never gets old. The key is to keep a few of their enclaves around so bad guys get generated. Otherwise, if you're too good at your job, you have to start all over to find a lot of bad guys.

DAMN SHAME WE NEVER GOT A SEQUEL OR A CONTINUATION IN THE WASTELAND FROM THIS DEV TEAM GAME WAS AWESOME

2009 and still peak physics in a game

It was a great looking game that was pretty much boring after a few hours. But still, graphics were amazing 😍

Just bought it on steam the other day for like £1.30 🤣

It's awesome! Doing another playthrough now.

An absolute banger of a game... The fact that we haven't gotten a sequel should be criminal. I got back into it about a year ago and I was attempting to get the Platinum trophy, but then I discovered the Platinum is unobtainable now due to the online servers being shut down. 😫

I remember playing this and thinking "oh...its just like assasins creed" every mission is the copy pasted around the map. Did look nice though

the best 7/10 game in history, loved it

It is. I've played through it 5 times. I would boot it up just to pass some time till bed or just hours before I had an appointment. Then I would always be like im gonna take this camp maybe some new part and upgrade abilities, knock out this territory, tear down the scarcrows, conquer a convoy , Then id end up playing it for the next few days till the end. I actively avoid it now cause I know what will happen. 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️

I loved this game when it came out. Underrated gem.

No this is not how the game looked, you definitely modded it.

I'm playing it right now, didn't finish 10 years ago and it was somehow stuck in my head all this time. It looks great, uses all the right tricks and techniques. But it does feel rushed, wish they'd made a sequel. Still, it's a unique experience, there's no games like it.

Just like the 2015 movie, few other Hollywood studios manage to replicate what impresses as the original with its characters, stories, and scenes set in modern times.
