750 ads don't equal 750 validated concepts, and “recreate the competitor” skips product economics, retention + legal/ip risk. i'd cluster the library by buyer, promise, proof + mechanic, then test original arguments against real activation and payer data i built adenslab to turn a public product/offer page into finished static creatives, but the batch still has to sell your game—not cosplay theirs

AI can compress the creative loop from weeks to hours, but copying the visible ad isn’t the hard part. The real advantage is running hundreds of experiments, figuring out why the winners work, and feeding that information back into the next batch.

I just vibe-coded a Meta ad research app in Claude Code 🤯 One keyword search → winning ads analyzed, creative briefs generated, trends mapped, and 10 ad variations written for your brand. All inside Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who are still doing competitor ad research manually inside the Meta Ad Library. If you're clicking through ads one by one, watching videos, taking notes in a Google Doc, trying to reverse-engineer what's working, and then rewriting briefs from scratch every time... This app eliminates the entire loop: → Search and filter winning Facebook ads by niche, country, language, and performance tier → Watch video ads inline without leaving the app → Fetch top-performing ads and generate a full creative brief tailored to your brand → Run a trend radar across 100+ ads to see which formats, CTAs, and landing pages are dominating your niche → Pick any winning video ad and Gemini watches it, reverse-engineers the creative DNA, and generates 10 new ad variations for your product No scrolling the Ad Library for hours. No manual note-taking. No rewriting briefs from scratch. What you get: → Creative briefs generated from real winning ads in your niche → Trend analysis with format distribution, top CTAs, landing page intel, and AI insights → 10 brand-specific ad variations from any winning video — with hooks, scripts, and Nano Banana prompts → A full app you host in Replit and customize for your team Built 100% in Claude Code with the gethookd.ai API + Gemini. I put together a free playbook with every prompt I used to build this app from scratch, so you can build it yourself. Every $0→$100M ARR startup — Cursor, Granola, Wispr Flow — ships 1000s of ads a month 12 tips to start with ads too: 1/ Don't give up on ads before 50 signups -> That's how many the algorithm needs to understand your customer. After that the magic happens 2/ The only way to win is to ship 300 creatives per month -> You can't guess the winning ad, you can only out-test everyone 3/ Test 200+ ads and your cost per customer drops ~50% -> Make genuinely different concepts, not small variations of the same ad 4/ Optimize for buyers, not form fillers -> The platform brings whatever you call "success". Say "success = filled a form" and you get people who never pay. Say "success = paid" and Meta does its magic and finds you buyers 5/ People who already visited your site cost 7x less -> Start ads by retargeting your website visitors 6/ Want to get better at making ads? Just watch more ads 7/ You can decrease Google Ads cost per customer by 50% by cleaning search terms weekly (google what search terms are) 8/ Another 30% off: improve your Google ads quality score -> Google rates ads 1-10 and a 7+ ad brings customers 5x cheaper. Fixing it takes 1 min 9/ When hiring an ads person, look for someone from ecommerce. DTC is the best school of marketing 10/ YouTube ads look useless in reports, but turn them on and every other channel gets 30% cheaper 11/ There are 100s of small things like these. We built Ryze AI to catch and fix all of them for you 12/ And we at Ryze AI just shipped a feature that clones your competitors' winning ads, testing 100s is now easy 😊

I just vibe-coded a Meta Ads Bulk Uploader in Claude Code that uploads dozens of Facebook and Instagram ads in minutes 🤯 Drag and drop your creatives, connect your live Meta account, publish directly through the Marketing API. Built 100% in Claude Code. Perfect for media buyers and DTC brands who are still uploading ads one at a time in Ads Manager. If you're a media buyer spending 10+ hours a week uploading ads one at a time in Ads Manager — attaching videos, picking thumbnails, naming ads, toggling enhancements, repeating 50 times ... This eliminates the entire workflow: → Drag and drop dozens of images/videos at once → Add multiple primary texts, headlines, and descriptions per batch → Pick your campaign and ad set directly from your live Meta account → Clone existing ad sets with one click → Upload custom thumbnails, pick your CTA, launch paused or active No uploading ads one by one. No 2-3 hours of clicking. No $99/month SaaS subscription. What this tool does: → A bulk uploader that publishes directly through Meta's Marketing API → Full creative control — thumbnails, CTAs, ad names, enhancements — all in one shot → Ad set cloning so you can scale winning setups instantly → A free alternative to the $99/month tools that do the exact same thing I'm giving away every prompt I used to build it so you can vibe-code the whole thing yourself. you can one-shot your ads even faster now with Grok 4.7 + Postiz here’s the full workflow for realistic UGC: - give Astra your product details, audience, offer and example ads - give it browser access and tell it: “open meta ad library, search these 5 competitors in the us and shortlist 10 active ugc ads, prioritize longer-running ads and recurring angles, save the links and break down each hook, pain point, product demo, objection and cta, don’t assume runtime proves profitability” - ask it to turn the research into 3 original concepts for your product, using the patterns it found without copying the scripts - have it write the strongest concept as a casual conversation, with a clear hook, problem, product demo and cta, then split it into short scenes with exact dialogue and actions - generate first frame images for your creator, product and setting, then reuse them across scenes to keep the face, outfit, packaging and room consistent (add iphone 17 pro quality to the prompt to maintain realism) - connect Astra to your generation tools through a CLI, API or just browser access - ask astra to write prompts for realistic phone footage, with natural skin texture, imperfect framing, subtle handheld movement, small gestures and conversational pauses - have it assemble the clips and add captions, then review the full ad for lip sync, voice changes, weird hands and distorted product details - save the research, references, prompts and workflow in markdown files, then give astra that folder with your next brief once your MD file will be ready you can just upload it to new chat and Astra will immediately know what to do step by step (or simply copy paste this tweet along with your manual workflow in bulletpoints) set it up once and your next request can be “make 3 new ugc ads for this product using our saved workflow” bookmark this for later, more details are in the article

Introducing Icon, the world’s first AI CMO (Chief Marketing Officer): it can plan, create, & run 1000s of winning ads end-to-end. We're backed by Peter Thiel's Founders Fund & execs of frontier AI labs like OpenAI (ChatGPT), Cognition, & Pika. How it works: 1. Connect Icon to your Meta Ad Account & Google Drive. It’ll use your ad account data & existing assets for planning & making ads. 2. Icon finds 100 winning ad concepts daily. It does this by scanning websites (yours & competitors), competitor ads, customer reviews, ad account performance, & more. It comes up with 3 types of ads: "Competitor Clone," "New Concept," & "Winner Iteration." You can copy what worked for competitors, try fresh approaches, & scale your winners. 3. Icon turns winning concepts into ads better than ChatGPT. Say you’re trying to copy a competitor’s before-and-after style ad. ChatGPT would make up random before-and-after scenarios & get your product dimensions wrong. Icon has a reasoning layer on top of GPT-4o that deeply studies the ad for minutes. It understands that it needs to make before-and-after scenarios using real insights from your website, product descriptions, & reviews. Icon gets ad intent, while ChatGPT only sees pixels. 4. Launch ads into your ad accounts with 1 click for less than $1. Before Icon, you’d launch 10 ads per week. Now you can launch 1000 ads per week & get more winners. Everything in my life has led up to this. At 18, I had to support myself. I had to live with my parents to save money. And no one thought I’d go anywhere. I really hated this, so I worked 100-hour weeks until I destroyed coding interviews. Soon after, I dropped out to join Pinterest at 19. After being a minion at Pinterest, I quit cold turkey & started my 1st company Skio. I then fluked into Y Combinator as a solo founder & completely failed during the batch. Thankfully, pivoting worked well ($15M+ ARR & profitable). But it’s not over yet. I have a massive chip on my shoulder that I must fix with Icon. So far, so good: we went from $0 to $5M ARR in our first 30 days. I know I’m not supposed to say this publicly, but I want to make Icon the greatest company of all time. I want to deliver insane value to our customers. I want to create generational wealth for my team & investors. I want to break the $0 to $100M ARR world record. And I’m putting my money where my mouth is: I just bought for $12M. If you've read this far, I want to say thank you with a gift 👇 We have an internal Google Drive with 1000+ static winning ads & 1000+ winning video ads. These ads have driven >$1.3B revenue in the last 6 months. We trained AI CMO on these ads. I’m pretty sure the right person could make $100K+ by just copying them. Retweet this & comment “Icon” and I’ll send you the Google Drive link for free.

I just built a Meta Ad Comment Spy in Claude Code that turns every comment on your ads into a voice-of-customer goldmine 🤯 Point Comment Spy at your ad account → it pulls every comment and reply, clusters them into objections, questions, and proof, and writes your next 5 ad angles from real customer language. All inside Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who want ad copy that's already written, buried in the comments on their own ads. If your sharpest hooks come from how customers actually talk, but mining them means scrolling your ad comments by hand, copy-pasting the good ones into a doc, and missing the objections quietly killing your conversion rate... Comment Spy kills the entire loop: → Ranks your ads by spend, so you mine the ones that matter → Pulls every comment AND reply thread through the Meta API → Clusters them: objections, buying questions, desires, proof → Surfaces the exact phrases to drop into your next ad → Flags the conversion leaks hiding in your comments — dead links, broken lead-magnet delivery → Renders the whole thing as a dashboard No manual scrolling. No missed objections. No $99/mo "ad intelligence" subscription. What you get: → Every comment off your top ads, pulled automatically → Clustered into objections, questions, proof, and desires → 5 ad angles written from your real customer language → A dark-mode dashboard, every quote traced to the ad that drew it Built 100% in Claude Code, on the Meta API. I put together a step-by-step playbook showing you how to build Comment Spy yourself: the Meta API setup, the exact prompts, the whole pipeline.
