This game running this smoothly is so lovely.

For the record, you can absolutely run ShadPS4 at 30fps for Bloodborne. It is set to that by default. If, by chance, you’re one of those people who feel the higher framerate ruins the game.

I think I struck a nerve with the original post. I love Bloodborne, and have beaten it many times on the original hardware. I don’t think 60fps is required to enjoy the game at all. It’s just novel and fun to experience after playing the game for many years.

What build of ShadPS4 were you using? Missing textures might be an issue with the resolution patches, which can introduce quite a few instabilities.

It looks so robotic and fake somehow. Like when you watch a video in 2x speed. Huh.. kind of ruins the vibe for me.

Might be the years of playing it at 30 but 60 feels wrong. If they ever want to do 60 officially they should do a full remake. And for a remaster they should add anti-aliasing locked no stutter 30 and 4K.

Probably runs better than on PS5, where it runs like ass. I cant remember if it was that bad on PS4.
