If I remember correctly you specifically needed to transfer a Solrock/Lunatone from Gen 6 to unlock this dialogue because for some reason they made Solrock and Lunatone unobtainable in the games called "Sun and Moon" that had alien Pokémon as a major plot point

the Alola games are a gift, that many people do not appreciate enough

this whole sequence you’re just thinking “what is this guy on about” and then he actually flies away and it is the most confounding thing

The funniest thing about this is that Lunatone isn't even in alola we had to wait until pokebank was open to gen 7 to know what his deal was
