I will never get over the fact that this didn’t get a sequel. It’s proof that a creative art style is so important for a game to age well.

Yeah, such a shame it never got a sequel, because this game truly deserved one.

I always got a Toy Story 3: The Game (360/PS3), Shrek 1 and maybe Cars too vibe from this game, especially in the healed ruined citadel & the semi-corrupted royal palace. The plot also inspired MLP FIM's pilot but Ahriman is more realistic than those princesses.

This game was also trashed by how simple the platforming and combat is, at least compared to the sands of time games. Love it though, it felt like an indie game

That platinum was whew. All the combos and it was glitchy and 1001 light motes iirc Still enjoyed the hell out of it though
