US Navy Standard Operating Procedure. US Navy submarine torpedoed Iranian ship Dena with 180 crew members aboard, killed & injured hundreds, didn’t rescue survivors from the sinking ship. Neither did India. Sri Lankan coastguard recovered as many injured & dead as they could.
