Barack also close down the therapeutic centers that took traffic, children, children that have been found in drug houses and had never been to school and we’re 10 years. He closed down the facilities that cared for these children. The facilities that taught them how to Live a normal life and provided therapeutic care for them. Under Obama care they were not funded anymore.
