President Akuffo Addo petitioned the Christian council about the opposition leader Mahama calling him “sakawa mafia”. What makes it an insult is when the person you are teasing says or admits to be insulted bu your words,YOU MUST WITHDRAW AND APOLOGIES. Mahama failed to do that.
