He says Usher found his YouTube videos, then literally studied the backgrounds in the clips to figure out where they lived… and tracked them down. Keep in mind Justin was just a kid at the time. Bieber himself even calls it “kind of creepy.” Knowing everything that’s happened since, this feels definitely strange now.
