My husband used to flip houses and always rented dumpsters. Even after we put signs on them, PRIVATE DO NOT PUT YOUR TRASH IN HERE, they still did. Most were in the yards of flip houses too, not on the street.

someone came to our shop years ago and filled our dumpster before they moved- including a couple of car batteries- we found it and called the sheriff- a few things had his address on them- the sheriff arrested him and made him take all his stuff out then took him to jail
