The way to make sure a "temporary" program is actually temporary is to pay for it out of existing funds. Our proposal to lower healthcare costs, the Fix It Act, does that by stopping fraud and overpayments to insurers. In fact, the bill saves taxpayers money.

It doesn’t make sense that, as individuals, they can afford to buy more cars than the total number of ambulances the Govt owns altogether. Something has gone dangerously wrong in this nation.
