A Cardiologist in India for more than 20 years has, adapting a lifestyle approach has been reversing heart disease. He did a study called the Mount Abu as a place in Rajasthan, India where he has a huge Community hospital, where people come to see him. He put some of this lifestyle plan which in this study the individuals Hindus, so it was a high fibre of vegetarian diet. It was two 30 minute brisk walks a day and Raj yoga meditation for 40 minutes a day which is a form of breath work, and also spiritual transformation as well as about understanding where your anger comes from.

This guy went to Goodwill and found a clock, so he bought it... I bet he opened it up and saw the contents before buying, so of course it was worth the $6. As he was heading to his car, a couple was persistently trying to purchase it from him for $100. They more than likely were the original owners, trying to get there few hundred bucks back. Would you have done the same thing as this guy? Or made a deal with the other folks?

Not all eagles come crashing in like it’s the end of the world. Some of them are very methodical. This bird sees its catch slowly floating to the surface and patiently waits. If you look closely you can see the entire thought process at work. Calculating the angle, the timing, the distance. And when it’s ready, it doesn’t dive. It dips one set of talons in the water a pulls out a hake. If you look closely, you’ll notice something else… That right set of talons? Possibly injured. That injury might be slowing this bird down but it definitely isn’t stopping it! Such resilience!!
