This guy converted an iPhone 14 Pro to 17 Pro. He also switched the Lightning port to Type C. Would you ever buy something like this to save cost?

As a Nigerian man, the Nigerian in me will not allow me to buy it. Saving money is good, but this kind of conversion can become a problem later. I would rather buy what I can truly afford.
