We already have care from 3 years out, it’s called Palliative Care….and almost no one reimburses for it. CMS isn’t expanding hospice. It’s WAY too expensive as it is. CMS is currently trying to share the risk by allowing MA plans to cover hospice.

They just need to have an increase to home health reimbursements Does the same thing Except I guess hospice patients “can’t” go to the hospital… even though they do lol
