A WHAT test? Can’t understand him

Haha. I’m a general contractor in a very remote area. Some folk bought a cabin I’m working on to make livable for them. Well, they just found out their septic system is going to cost nearly 80k. They paid 60k for the cabin.

You’d think those off the grid types would just learn to build an outhouse

lol that’s every property in Vermont. Please list these super cheap properties in your state I’d be interested. Septic, well, always part of construction cost. Off grid power is always an option. Get a good development team turn these properties in to neighborhoods.

California’s housing market defies expectations. Real estate expert Matt McCormick discusses the current trends shaping home prices and what it all means for families trying to find or keep a home. Watch this must-see episode of California Insider.

Shhhiit…our well is 650 ft, our neighbor just drilled a new one at the same depth, $90k and we’re on flat easily accessible properties.

Yep, my father fell victim of this back in the 80's. Parents bought property in the Poconos, developer realized no central sewage lines / septics were possible, filed for bankruptcy, closed business. Left everyone with property they can't build on. $36.00 year in taxes since 80's

Well, there is another reason why people didn’t jump on a property like this that’s cheap it’s because of the fact that the ground is contaminated with hazardous waste, as well as possibly the ground water in the area is contaminated and who wants to live on land like that?🤔

Could he talk any more mush mouthed?

Valuable advice.

Buy out in the country, get a perc test exemption, trench your own utilities.
