You should look at exactly what Candace Owens doesn't want you to see. The ATF report confirms the .30 caliber class bullet jacket fragment from Charlie's body is consistent with the type of .30-06 rifle Tyler Robinson owned. This is extremely significant because it undercuts this narrative that a .30-06 round couldn't possibly have killed Charlie Kirk. The “inconclusive” part of the ATF report means the bullet jacket fragment from Charlie's body was too damaged to match or exclude when compared to ballistics markings on a bullet test fired by law enforcement from Tyler Robinson’s rifle. This doesn’t mean the bullet wasn’t fired from that rifle. It means there wasn’t enough data on the bullet jacket fragment recovered from the autopsy to positively match it or exclude it with a bullet test fired from Tyler Robinson's rifle. This happens in 20-66% of cases when there's a bullet jacket fragment recovered from an autopsy. But the .30 caliber class round is consistent with the type of .30-06 rifle Tyler Robinson used. Candace claims the ATF did not hand over any of this analysis or data to the defense—this is false. We know the defense cited this ATF report in their January 9, 2026 filing.

‼️BREAKING: Prosecution Shows Rifle Photos In Tyler Robinson Hearing — But There’s A Major Problem 👀 In Tyler Robinson’s preliminary hearing, prosecutors just showed photos of the rifle they claim was used to assassinate Charlie Kirk. They displayed: The exact location where the gun was allegedly found The rifle wrapped in a towel (how they say it was discovered) The same rifle out of the towel and in a box Here’s the critical issue: This is a sporterized Mauser .30-06 with a low-mounted scope. If the rifle still has its original military-style wing safety, it would be nearly impossible to operate with that scope mounted. The safety wing would have to flip up and over the bolt — directly into the scope. For this rifle to actually fire with the current scope setup, it would need an aftermarket low-profile safety that clears the optic. So the question is simple: Looking at these photos the prosecution just presented… does this rifle still have the original military wing safety, or has it been modified with a low-profile aftermarket safety? If it still has the original safety, this gun — as configured — could not have been fired with that scope in place. This is a major problem for the prosecution’s case. China has unveiled a next-generation fire truck equipped with a built-in drone for extinguishing fires in high-rise buildings The drone is integrated directly into the vehicle’s roof. It can ascend to 200 meters and put out fires in areas unreachable for conventional fire engines. The copter deploys in under a minute and sprays water up to 45 meters. According to the developers, the system will allow for much faster response to fires in tall structures. Deployment of these vehicles will begin this month.

Phil has lied since day 1 about his ear witness account yet somehow he picked out the exact rifle caliber round from a rifle shot that never actually happened.
