Mamdani and his team are defining the new rules of politics, in my view. His win is a demonstration of data science. He did a spectacular job in making sure none of his competitors got near him in the vote by using social media. So, he is in fact forming a new form of leadership for the Democratic Party, but above all, for all politicians going into the midterms, they have to look at his model. He did it in a way that no one has ever done it before. He knew every algorithm on every platform, how to keep every engagement in the top quartile. That's how it's done.

🥜: Hong has his own vibe. On his hyper days he is wildly hyper and talks a ton. But on days when he has to wake up early he goes completely silent just disappears like he disconnected or left the group chat. He's just gone. There was this one day we had an early morning flight to go abroad, and it felt like Hong wasn't even there with us. Based on the optics from today at the DOJ, Trump and his team made a conscious effort to make it clear he trusts AG Pam Bondi. He knows what people have been saying online. He knows many are critical of Bondi. Today, he made an effort to show he supports her. I know everyone has an opinion about how to run the government and how to drain the swamp, but ultimately, Trump is the one who gets to make those decisions. He has a plan, and the American People chose him to carry out said plan. If Bondi is compromised or not accomplishing what Trump wants, Trump will know about it LONG before we do, and it will be up to him to correct it. But for the time being, Trump just made a pretty clear statement today that the DOJ under his new administration will be different, and that he has faith in his appointees such as Bondi and Kash. He says the full schedule gives him more chances to be there for people who need him. His official job is dining host. Clean tables. Clean floors. But Mr Gil doesn't see it that way... as he describes it, his real job is: "I get a lot of people that are coming in, just been to the doctor, and got bad news... I'm able to be an encourager; the Lord gave me that." I mean, the fraud, the waste, the abuse, the everything that's happened is just terrible. So I also know that he was treated very unfairly by the I guess he called the public, by some of the public, not by all of it. He makes an incredible car makes everything he does is good, but they took it out on Tesla, and I just thought it was so unfair, because he's trying to help the country, but he has helped the country. 🔴JK🌟Was LIVE | 6.28.26 | 4 hours As one of the lucky ones who was able to watch JK’s four-hour live last night, I wanted to share what I took away from it. Fair warning: this is a long one… but he did give us four hours of content. 😅 Read if you’d like! First, and most importantly, Jungkook wants us to see him for who he is: a responsible adult who is capable of making his own decisions. He wants people to stop questioning every choice he makes, every word he says, and every aspect of how he lives his life. He is happy. He told us himself, “I’m so good.” He takes his health and well-being seriously, and he knows what works for him. He works hard, and like many adults, enjoys winding down sometimes with good food, alcohol, or both. He’s naturally nocturnal and thrives on the schedule that suits him. He doesn’t need unsolicited advice about how he should sleep or live. After the show, he went out to eat with the members, before returning to his hotel to film the dance challenge, which took over 50 takes. It was another reminder of how much pride he takes in his work. He always wants to show us, and himself, the very best he can do. Right now, he’s immersed in dance. He’s studying locking, krumping, and other house styles because he genuinely wants to become an even better dancer. He wants keep sharing dance challenges with us, because that’s one of the ways he can give us something new right now. He said he doesn’t actually listen to music that often, unless it is connected to a dance video, but when he does, he’s been enjoying a lot of music from his fellow idols, especially girl groups. He even shared a few songs he’s been playing on repeat lately. He’s also been enjoying anime, talking about several series he’s been watching and how excited he is for the next season of Cyberpunk: Edgerunners. He spoke honestly about learning English. He has a teacher, and he wants to improve, but it’s difficult and he simply doesn’t have enough time to devote to it. At the same time, he made it clear, again, that he doesn’t want people constantly asking or telling him to speak English. As he has said so many times: “I don’t speak English. I’m Korean.” If you choose to watch his lives, stop asking for it! One of the most candid moments was hearing him talk about big brand events. He admitted that they make him uncomfortable, saying Taehyung loves them and is much better at them. Small talk doesn’t come naturally to him, and he gets shy with all the eye contact. But, like the professional he is, he has learned how to do it well, because it’s part of his job, and because he genuinely appreciates the brands he works with, speaking warmly once again about his Calvin Klein collaboration. And then there’s what has always been part of Jungkook’s core: singing. He simply loves to sing. He loves exploring his voice, learning new techniques, experimenting with different genres, and constantly improving. He watches YouTube vocal tutorials to keep growing. Karaoke isn’t just fun for him, it’s practice, exploration, and another way to become a better artist. Listening to him sing throughout the live was a gift. Beautiful, playful, effortless, and unmistakably Jungkook. His performance of “Into the Sun” was my personal highlight, with perfectly placed vocal runs, delicate high notes, and emotion woven into every line. This is only a small part of what Jungkook shared with us over those four hours. I’m incredibly grateful that he gave us so much of his time, his thoughts, his laughter, and his music. My biggest takeaway is this: if you choose to log into his lives, then let him live. Keep your cringy comments to yourself. He doesn’t want to see them, and neither do we. 🚨 WEIGH IN 33 🚨 •290.8 pounds (ATH 530+ pounds) •Frank has lost 250+ pounds •We’ve officially hit the “Diet Wall” Any health journey will have setbacks, include moments of adversity, and ultimately hit walls. Frank’s journey is no different. The important thing is how you RESPOND to setbacks or moments of stagnation, opposed to wallowing in it. Frank has bounced between 278-292 pounds over the last 6 months. His step count remains well over 20K per day and he has been lifting weights 3X per week since Arnold taught him how over Christmas break. Frank has put on significant muscle and looks great, but he can still lower his BMI. And he’ll need to before going forward with a potential skin removal procedure. To break through the wall of this current 278-290 pound plateau, Frank must level up his discipline on diet. The good news is Frank is completely honest about his eating habits and owns it when he messes up. No excuses. No denial. We have talked it out at length how Frank is learning the hard way that at a certain point, you can’t out walk or out lift a bad diet. The challenge going forward is Frank channeling the ferocious discipline he has applied to his exercise regiment and to his diet. Frank will never be a salad guy (or humus) but he knows he can make better decisions throughout the day and night from baseline meals to snacks to drink choices. This wall is going to be extremely hard to break though, but I know Frank can do it. Just gotta take that sledgehammer and start swinging. Quentin Tarantino is such a good storyteller, that his own story of the day he decided to make film is gold. In his early-20s, he worked at a video store. His dream was to be a director but this job was “dream-adjacent”, which put his “real ambition to sleep”. It all changed when an older guy in his friend group — about 5 years older — turned 30 and suddenly became quite bitter about how he hadn’t achieved much in his 20s. Quentin and his friend would hang out and talk film but didn’t actually make anything. When Quentn turned 25, he realized he didn’t want to be like his friend at 30.
