This man hired this company to redo the concrete in his back patio area. They agreed on a price and signed a contract. The company was almost done when the customer claimed that they did it wrong, the company then said they would demolish it if he wouldn’t or couldn’t pay. The customer then threatens to call the police if they remove or damage the work already done even though he hasn’t paid them a dime yet. The company at this point has paid for all materials. Since he won’t pay them, are they free to do what they want including demolishing the work they did?

This man said this is what grinds his gears. His neighbors mow their yard but they always leave their grass clippings out in the street. 😳 He said they should be sweeping them up or blowing them back into their yard and if they don’t have a blower then use the lawnmower itself. I use a bag so I don’t ever have to worry about the clippings going everywhere. But not sure it would bother me that much if I saw my neighbor’s clippings. Luckily, I don’t have neighbors like this. This woman and her husband have been busy with things they do with their free time. In the mean time since they are busy, their yard has become overgrown and unsightly. The next door neighbor notices this and decides to just mow it himself to help them out, he really has no other motive to do this. The woman is offended and feels like he has no right to come on her property even if he is helping them out. Is she petty for complaining about someone helping them out or is the man in the wrong here for not wanting to see their unsightly mess?

This couple is having a wedding that will reflect who they are. They openly don’t seem to care if anyone will actually go or not. I think weddings are a celebration for everyone to join in for a special day. But I also think that offending guests before they even go might be a decision that will turn in a decision full of regret. So here’s my take on this. The way I see it is that they are going to be disappointed. I know others might argue and say that it’s selfish for the guests to not go because of the conditions set forth by the bride and groom, however it goes both ways. If they know guests won’t like the conditions of the wedding, then maybe they should compromise a little. I think they should give people options. I feel that this is going to show the bride and groom who is actually their real friends and who aren’t in their eyes. They won’t care if the guests don’t like the wedding rules, they are going to expect them to go because they think that their attendance shows that they care and that they are local.

This man lives next door to this yard. His neighbor’s two Doberman’s got out. He takes the time to round them up and bring them back to their yard. They are giving him a lot of grief. They seem friendly enough but they don’t want to go back inside, they want to play. You can tell this isn’t his first rodeo with them. To have a neighbor like this is being rich in life. What a great guy. Not only did he save them from possibly creating some havoc but he saved them from getting hurt. Having a neighbor like this, you just can’t put a price on that. 💯 Do you have neighbors that would go above and beyond like this and do this for you and your dogs?

Apparently there is a store you can go to that sells the lost luggage and belongings left on planes. The items are sold at a deep discount like a thrift store. I never knew they were allowed to sell items that weren’t theirs, even if it’s unclaimed like a suitcase, most of the time they have their names on it and a little investigation could lead to who the owner is. Do you agree that if they spent more time locating the owner they shouldn’t have to sell people’s belongings especially if they didn’t even know they left it behind?
